# Reports

## Create Report

**Step 1**: In JustPerform web, go to the Modelling tab and select a standard or virtual model to base the Snippet on.

**Step 2**: In the level2 header, locate the <img src="/files/4mfMVejvzcwq6nF9lvQl" alt="" data-size="line"> icon to start creating Snippet. Snippet menu contains two panes: Public and Private. User can access existing Snippets here. Below, locate the **Create Snippet** button and select <img src="/files/yeRbuouYgyq6ZQ491EOe" alt="" data-size="line"> **Report**. A Snippet creation pane will open.

**Step 3**: Fill in the Snippet details as below:

* **Name**: Name of the Report
* **Title** : Report name to be displayed
* **Private** : Checked by Default
* **Fields:** All the fields and their attributes can be viewed by collapsing. Move the desired attributes to rows/ columns/ filters in the design pane layout.
* **Layout:** Field Attributes moved from Fields section will appear here. Click the <img src="/files/oHqy14DTA48X6j0J32Hk" alt="" data-size="line"> icon to select members. Click <img src="/files/vPjDJfcpKi42l4LSO7kW" alt="" data-size="line"> icon to move fields within the layout or remove them.

**Step 4** : <img src="/files/EH3HFcoZrIzitF9nLLSC" alt="" data-size="line">Refresh to apply the changes and view updated data

**Step 5** : Click <img src="/files/awAnXzbzy7x3NP2pICmY" alt="" data-size="line"> to publish Snippet.

## Share Report

**Step 1** : Locate the Snippet to be shared by clicking <img src="/files/4mfMVejvzcwq6nF9lvQl" alt="" data-size="line">. Find Snippet and click <img src="/files/twOQKR4ZHkMuxDmYPSD2" alt="" data-size="line">

**Step 2** : Uncheck the <img src="/files/ZVFFiDeDcZWv1Q4eKCpd" alt="" data-size="line">Private checkbox

**Step 3** : Click <img src="/files/awAnXzbzy7x3NP2pICmY" alt="" data-size="line"> Publish

**Step 4** : Copy the Snippet URL from browser and share
