Reset Password

You can with either self-reset the password, incase you forgot Or even get support from the Work administrator to reset the password.

In either case, you will receive the reset password link to guide to set new password.

Self Reset

On the logon page, after providing email address & Continue,

Click on Forgot Password to receive the reset password link on your email.

Reset Password email will be sent to the registered email of the user, when you click on the 'Reset Password' link, system will redirect you to webpage, where you can set your new password.

Click on link, which will navigate you to Set Password on logon page & submit

your email address & password will be used as credentials for logging In every time.

Workspace Owner/ Administrator can also reset the password for you.
