Activities Pane

Once the activity is selected on the Home Pane, system navigates to the Activities - Menu

When user selects an instance from a Activity flow, system will navigate to Activities screen with all the tasks listed for the selected activity, assigned to the user to perform and execute.

Activities screen has two sections – Header and Details.

Header

Top section of the panel, key elements displayed on this submenu are detailed below​.

Refresh data real time from system to excel Interface.

Save data from excel Input templates back to system.

Data Details Includes Data history and Details of specific cell value from the template

Details

Key elements displayed in this section.

• Instance Details based on the Instance deployment in activity flow, like entity/department etc.

• Task list are steps defined as part of process definition that will guide the users to execute the activity flow & ensures completeness & comprehensively.

• Parameters & Selections User selections from context or manual selection options

• Workflow Status Change in workflow status from user & reviewer
