Create New Account Reclassification Rule
Step 1: Go to Calculations under Drive Menu on the space explorer of the navigation pane.
Step 2: From the list of Rule Types, select the "Account reclassification" Rule Type and go to the level2 header and click on the Plus icon to create new Account Reclassification rule group details. A right-side panel of the Account Reclassification Detail will be opened.
Step 3: Key in the Account Reclassification Group Rule Description.
Step 4: Click on the Output Dataset field member selection to be used in the calculation. Member selection window popover will be opened
Step 5: Select the member and the selected member will be shown on the right side of the box as current member (CM).
Step 6: Click on OKAY to save the selection done or CANCEL to disregard the selection.
Step 7: Click on SAVE to save the creation done or CANCEL to disregard the creation.
Step 8: Select the newly created Account reclassification group to add more details on the rule. Action icons of Plus, Copy, Edit, and Trash will be shown on mouseover.
Step 9: Then select the Plus (+) icon to create the account reclassification details. The right-side panel of Account Reclassification Detail will be open for the user to populate with the required information.
Input Dataset:
Step 10: Select the Input Dataset by clicking the Click to Select box. A member selector of the Dataset field will be opened.
Step 11: Select member. Selection is available for the user as well as the relationships like; current member, leaf member, children, descendants, current member and leaf member, current member and children, and current member and descendants. Selected member and relationship will be shown on the right side of the window.
Step 12: Click on OKAY to save the selection done or CANCEL to disregard the selection.
Reclass From
Step 13: Select Account and Flow member. Selection is available for the user as well as the relationships like; current member, leaf member, children, descendants, current member and leaf member, current member and children, and current member and descendants. Selected member and relationship will be shown on the right side of the window.
Step 14: Click on OKAY to save the selection done or CANCEL to disregard the selection.
Reclass To
Step 15: Select Account and Flow member. Selection is available for the user as well as the relationships like; current member, leaf member, children, descendants, current member and leaf member, current member and children, and current member and descendants. Selected member and relationship will be shown on the right side of the window.
Step 16: Click on OKAY to save the selection done or CANCEL to disregard the selection.
Applicable To
Step 17: Click on Update List to select other affected field in the calculation. Field selector window popover will appear. If there is no selection done calculation will consider all members of the other fields not defined. If required to include other fields, fields to be shown in the selection are the fields under the model tagged except for the Time, Version, Dataset, Account and flow type.
Step 18: Select the Field/s. This allows multi select. Click Insert Items.
Step 19: Click on OKAY to save the selection done or CANCEL to disregard the selection.
Step 20: Click on SAVE to save the creation done or CANCEL to disregard the creation. An information popup will appear that the Rule detail was saved successfully.
