Guide

Access Stories

Once a user logs in to JustPerform, they are directed to the Home pane, which displays a list of authorized activities based on their role. From the activity pane, the user can select a specific activity and view the dropdown list of entities assigned to them. By choosing the desired entity, the user can access the task list for data submission. For the above example, the selected Activity is Revenue Planning for 1010 Entity, on selecting the Sales Forecasting task, they can open the Input Template or report associated with it.

On opening the desired template, user can fetch real-time information from the system, by clicking the icon in the task menu.

Templates are integrated with Excel, allowing input to data as in a normal Excel spreadsheet. The Excel interface supports various data input methods, including manual input, Excel formulas, and copying and pasting data from external sources. Once the modifications are complete, clicking on the icon will send and update the data back to the system, making it visible to everyone with access.

Do not Save templates - after completing the user activity like saving data & analysis.

When closing the excel templates - No need to save the template as these are dynamically opened from server every time

But, if need to share the files as Offline template - then please follow the same process & steps as you do for normal excel templates & can send to the team, without any restrictions. No additional Offline activity required.
