In JustPerform, users can select a cell within a table in their template. Once a cell is chosen, the function feature enables them to display a value in that cell. This value is retrieved from the system and is based on the selected model, dimension, and attribute.
When the template is filled with data, the function feature automatically fetches the corresponding values from the system. This ensures that the displayed values are always up-to-date and accurately reflect the chosen dimensions and attributes.
To provide flexibility, users can create multiple function contexts within their template. Each function context is created by selecting a model, dimension, and attribute. This allows users to display different values based on their specific requirements. They can define as many function contexts as needed, allowing for versatile and dynamic data display in their templates.
To display the company selection in the current template, begin by navigating to the Explore tab and selecting the Function option. From there, choose the function as Context to access the functionality for displaying specific information. Next, select the appropriate model, dimension, and property that correspond to the details you want to display. Once you have configured these settings, choose the specific cell within the template where you want the company selection to be shown. After updating and selecting the function, JustPerform will automatically ensure that any changes made to the entity selection are promptly reflected in the template, keeping the displayed company information accurate and aligned with the chosen entity.
To provide refresh updates in your template, users can create a Refresh Details function, offering flexibility to display specific details as per their needs. This function allows users to choose from three options: Refresh Date, Refresh Time, and Refreshed By, and then designate the cell where these details will appear. This enables users to tailor their template to showcase the information most relevant to their requirements.

Refresh Date: This option will display the current date in the default format, DD-MMM-YYYY, and users have the freedom to modify the format by adjusting the target cell's format in Excel.
Refresh Time: This function will show the current time (Server Time) in the default format, which is HH:MM:SS.
Refreshed By: This function will display the email address of the user who initiated the refresh, providing transparency regarding the user responsible for the action.
