To access existing sheets in a functional area, go to the Functional Area and switch to the Catalog tab. The tab will display Name, Title and Type in a table. User can access sheet options by hovering over the sheet name.
Sheets within the app can also be accessed from the App, Catalog tab. The contents of the app can be viewed by collapsing the desired functional area. The tab contains of the contents including name, title and Type.
Alternatively, you can collapse the functional area to view the sheets contained in it. Sheets can be identified by the beside them.
On clicking the beside existing sheet name, you will find options that allow you to perform various operations on existing sheets:
New Tab: This operation allows you to view the content of the sheet in a separate browser tab.
Copy: This action duplicates the sheet, creating an identical copy that can be modified or used independently from the original.
Edit : This action takes you to the Sheet Details pane and lets you modify the sheet details.
Delete: This operation deleted the Sheet permanently.
