Overview of User Management

Users

The users page is accessible from the Governance section, you will find it under Permissions.

The page contains list of user who are added to the space along with their name and email address in a tabular format. Following this is the Space Owner column, it is check if the user is a Space owner. Next the column which lists the role(s) assigned to the user. User can have multiple roles. Finally is the Last Access which shows the time and date the user last accessed the space.

L2 Header

The Search option on L2 header allows user to search for a specific user or role. The Add user options lets you add users to the space. The users that can be added are already created by the Administrator. The More options allows you to Import and Export this data from an excel workbook.
