Step 1: Go to the Flow tab and click on icon on the level2 header to create new Flow. Flow details panel on right-side will be opened for the user to fill details.
Step 2 : Enter details for Activity Name and Description.
Step 3 : Select the corresponding Functional Area from the dropdown list.
Step 4 : Click on Update List and select dimension to include in the Create instances By list.
Step 5 : Select relevant checkbox for :
Enable Submission
Enable Approval
Enable Target Date
Step 6 : Select dropdown values for Performer, and Reviewer fields. The list of options for selection should be based on the field set on the Instance defined for. Select the Active checkbox.
Step 7 : Click on SAVE to save the activity.
Step 1 : Click on the existing Activity where additional Task Group is to be created
Step 3 : Enter Task group Name & Description
Step 4 : Check the Active checkbox.
Step 5: Click on SAVE to save the task group.

Step 4 : Select the Type for the task from drop. Depending on the type selected, add the story , rule, Link or Connection detail, whichever may apply to the task type.
Step 5 : Select the Active checkbox. This is to be able to be of use when an instance was set.
Step 6 : Click on SAVE to save te task.
Enable Capability to run Advance Model Subscription activity directly in Task as a step under Calculations & Dataflow In existing functions, we are currently using Advance Model Subscription to integrate data from Remote table or any other source into Master Data Now, user will be able to call the same subscription execution action in Task as a normal calculation steps To add this, Go to any "Calculations & Dataflow" Task and Click "Insert Rule" Navigate to "Subscription" Folder and find the subscription All the Advance model subscription will be present here, just select the relevant one and continue then save the task Execute the task as a normal calculation. Note: There will be no selection for Advance model subscription step
Edit Flow: enables users to change or modify the existing activity/task group or task details on the respective detail panel & Click on SAVE to save the changes.
Copy Flow: to be able to copy existing activity/task group or task and do the desired modifications.
Export /Import : function to export /Import the system activity flow with all details to excel workbook, for the user to be able to have a flexibility to edit the changes in exported excel & then import back again
Step 2 : Click on icon on the Activity to add task group. This action will trigger to open a right-side panel for the user to give the new task group details.
