To create a functional area in JustPerform,
Step 1: Navigate to the Modelling tab and select Models on the left side panel
Step 3:This will open a Functional area details pane where you can input the necessary information, such as the functional area's name and description. Additionally, you can select control fields, and linked access fields from the Update List section.
Step 4: Once you've filled in all the details, simply click "Save" to create the functional area.

A field should be mandatorily selected from the list. The field will control the functional area access.
Linked access
Once the Functional Area is created User can perform following actions by clicking on Ellipsis on the left side panel
To open the functional area in other tab, simply locate the functional area and click on the ellipsis icon. From the dropdown menu, select the "New Tab" option. A new tab will open up with the Functional area which is selected.
User has the flexibility to create copies of existing functional areas with different names and descriptions. When you copy a functional area, the control fields and linked access settings are retained from the original functional area but can be modified as needed.
To make changes to an existing functional area in JustPerform, simply locate the functional area and click on the ellipsis icon. From the dropdown menu, select the "Edit" option. The details pane will open on the right-hand side of the screen, allowing you to make the desired modifications. Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Save" to save the updated functional area.
To remove a functional area in JustPerform, click on the ellipsis icon associated with the functional area you wish to delete. From the options presented, select "Delete". A confirmation prompt will appear, giving you the choice to proceed with the deletion by selecting "Delete" or to cancel the operation by selecting "Cancel". Alternatively, by selecting "Edit" from the list of actions for the functional area, you can access the details pane. From there, you can choose the "Delete" option to remove the functional area.

To copy a functional area, navigate to the respective functional area and click on the ellipsis icon. Choose the "Copy" option. The details pane will open, allowing you to enter a new name and description for the copied functional area. After providing the desired information, save the copied functional area.
