The Functional Area is accessible from the Explore section of JustPerform web. To locate the functional area, within the space, find App. The Functional Areas are contained in the Apps. It is represented as Functional Area.

Each space, by default, will contain the Public functional area. This functional area contains two folders, Stories and Calculations. Newer items can be created in the Functional area by users with permission. The option beside functional area provides option to create :

Board

Sheets

Transactions

• Journal
• List
• Table

Model

• Standard Models
• Virtual Models
• Advanced Models
• Journal

Workbooks

Rules

By clicking on the on the L2 header, users can access and modify details and control fields contained in the functional area. They can also delete the functional area altogether if required. This feature provides users with a high level of control and flexibility in managing functional areas according to their specific needs.

Furthermore, the catalogue feature enables users to view the various models associated with a functional area and obtain detailed information about them. This feature provides users with a comprehensive overview of the models and their associated details, allowing them to make informed decisions about the functional area's management.

On clicking the beside Functional Area, you will find options to perform on existing functional areas. The options include :
