Introducing Functional Area
Functional Area is introduced to manage authorization and workflow in a flexible and independent way. By decoupling these functions from specific models, it becomes possible to fully leverage the potential of cross-model reporting and process definition. To facilitate this, the functional area has been integrated into the modelling tab on the Web Interface as a new part of the Models section. All existing models & modules will be grouped as objects below functional area.
All new Excel Add-in
The all-new JustPerform Excel Add-in has been rolled out with a refreshed look and feel. The new Add-in is more intuitive and user-friendly than ever before. It not only improves the overall user experience but also lays the foundation for more exciting and user-centric capabilities to be added in the near future.
Master Data Log
Master data Log has been added to allow users to track historical changes to master data, including changes to the ownership structure. Each change will be recorded as an individual event and can be accessed from the same master data screen. The log will display events in descending order, with the latest event listed first, and users can apply filters to view relevant events. Additionally, users can export the log to an Excel file for detailed analysis.
SAP Connector
JustPerform integration has been further enhanced to support direct integration to SAP systems via SAP Online data services. After setting up online data processing in the SAP system, users can create a new connection under JustPerform remote table to manage all allowed Extractor.
Extractor will extract the SAP table and views to the JustPerform remote table and store data in Full Load or Delta mode depending on user configuration. Users can execute extraction individually or schedule for a specific time of the day/week/month. Data in the remote table can be used in data flow as a source table for any transformation and posting to JustPerform models
