JustPerform OData Service for Notes data

With this update, users will now have the capability to access Notes & Comments Information from the same OData service previously used to retrieve JustPerform data. Previously, OData service provided access to only JustPerform fields and model data - like Master & transaction data, Now, get the Commentaries recorded in JustPerform also exposed with the service to external sources. To get Notes data, you will need to follow the similar naming convention, which is using the model name followed by "_NOTES" as the structure to access notes information.

Improvements for Value Driver Tree

Introducing "Interim Step" feature designed to indicate that a specific metric being used as an intermediate step in the calculation process to reach a final business outcome. As a result, it is not necessary to post the result for that particular metric in the system, at the end of the calculation. This Improvement aims to reduce redundant data and enhance the overall performance.

Additionally, Performance improvements deployed for larger datasets containing more than 100,000 records, you can anticipate an improvement in calculation time ranging from 15% to 30% compared to the previous calculation process in striving to get you the best experience.

Refresh Functions for Excel Add-in

Introducing functions within the Excel Add-in that help is publishing the Refresh Information in the excel templates. We can now simply create function to display "Refresh Date" , Refresh Time" & "Refreshed by" on the JustPerform templates.

When applied to a selected cell, Refreshed Date will exhibit the current date, initially in a default format, but you have the flexibility to customize it as needed. Second, Refreshed Time will present the current time, which is synchronized with the server time, in the default format of HH:MM:SS. Lastly, the Refreshed by function will display the email address of the user responsible for triggering the refresh. These serve a role similar to the existing Context and Selection functions.
