This update enhances app-level control, focusing on data and operational management. App Owners can monitor all objects within the app and receive email notifications whenever assignment changes occur. With the Secured App feature, access is restricted to specific groups, and only the App Owners can modify these authorizations. App Owners can also recalculate metrics to identify discrepancies between calculated and actual data.
When a new app is created, the user is automatically assigned as the App Owner. Both App Owners and Workspace Owners can edit these assignments, and all App Owners are notified of any changes. To enable a Secured App, users must select the Secured App option in the settings, which limits access to certain areas and content.
The Roles property in Master data has been renamed to Teams for clarity.

We've added three new metric types to expand functionality:
This metric allows users to create custom list items within a metric. It is an input type metric where the value is selected from a dropdown list of the created items. This is similar to using Fields as input metric, but the exception of allowed values in the List metric does not require ID.
This metric type supports file uploads. It lets users upload multiple files as input data, which can later be downloaded. Files are automatically saved when uploaded, does not require saving from the sheet.
This metric assigns a status to each cell. For example, if Data Status is applied to a sheet with Version, Time, and Entity , each Leaf member will show status information. Each data status can be governed by Data Locking rules, this helps indicate which data is locked and who can modify it.
Data Locking features enable control over data modifications by specific groups. It relies on two key concepts: Data Status, which is a metric that displays the status of particular data combinations, and Data Locking Rules, which define how data can be modified based on its status. These rules can apply either to an entire Functional Area, affecting all metrics under that area, or to individual metrics. Data Protection Rules can be created for each status and managed by specific Teams, to ensure secure and controlled data changes. Data status value can be an input metric and saved as a selection from allowed values dropdown or it can be updated as Formula metric.
Sheets now allows users to display all metric properties like regular field properties in Sheets or Snippets. The available properties include:
Metric Name: Automatically added and cannot be removed.
Data Type: Shows the type of metric data (e.g., Numeric, Percentage, Currency, Text, etc.).
Metric Type: Indicates whether the metric is Input, Formula, Linked, Parent, or Summary.
Formula: Displays the full text of the formula.
Linked Fields: Displays linked fields ID, Description, or both (ID - Description).
Whenever a user updates the activity status either from the web or the JustPerform add-in, the system will automatically mark all existing tasks in the flow as complete. As a result, if any task is configured with a validation check, the system will perform the check and prevent the submission of the instance if any validation fails. This ensures that all necessary validations are met before the task flow is submitted.
