Introducing a new page for reviewing access and authorizations for applications within the workspace. This page includes both secured and non-secured applications. You can access it from the Explore pane under Governance > Permissions > Access Review.
This page allows users to search for and export authorization and access details as an excel workbook, but modifications cannot be made directly from here. Similar to the Multi-Role Management screen, the Access Review page features three tabs: Permissions, Data, and Users. The Access Review page includes an additional column, App, at the beginning. In the column, secured applications will be listed by their specific names, while non-secured applications will be labeled as Enterprise.

We’re excited to announce ProcessIQ, a new functionality designed to simplify the setup and execution of business rules directly within your sheets. The initial version of ProcessIQ is called Features.
The first available rule under Features is Carry Forward, which automatically transfers the previous year’s closing balances to the opening balances for all target periods. This rule is part of a broader set of Consolidation Rules that will be expanded in future releases.
With this update, sheets will include a new option: Consolidate Data in Sheet, which can be enabled by the user. To use this feature, ensure that your sheet contains the following required field type : Version, Time, Account, Flow, Organization Unit, Dataset, Group (Currency).
Options under Consolidate Data in Sheet :
Maintain as YTD Balance Stores data in a Year-to-Date (YTD) format for each month, ensuring that PL data reflects cumulative values.
Track Interco Detail Tracks trading partner data within the same sheet.
Enable Auto Journal and Elimination (Coming Soon) Allows automatic journaling and elimination rules within the sheet.
Once set up, you can execute the rules from the Features tab in the sheet, or run them as a calculation step in Activities from the task pane.

To enhance the integration capabilities of JustPerform with other systems and between JustPerform environments, we are upgrading the JustPerform OData service to include Metric data along with the existing data.
The update will maintain the same syntax as the existing OData service for model, with a simple modification, instead of using the model name as a parameter, for metrics the parameter format will be %Sheetname%_%Metricname%S
, where all special characters (including spaces) are replaced with underscores (_
).
