Updates on JustPerform Web & Add-in Experiences

Event Log Enhancements

The Event Log will now capture all actions performed by every user interacting with system data. This log can also be exported. The event log can be filtered by Time Range and other criteria as Event ID, Event Type, IP Address, Updated by.

Cycle Selection

Cycle selection is now available in the JustPerform Office 365 Connector, aligning it with the JustPerform web's My Activities interface.

Context Synchronization

When a user accesses any instance from the JustPerform Web interface, the context will synchronize between the web and Excel interfaces to ensure seamless user experience.

• The Functional Area (FA) context will automatically synchronize with the instance context for the same fields.

• If the user changes the FA context, a reset button will revert all values back to the instance context.

• If the user changes the instance, there will be an option to confirm and automatically sync all current selections to the new instance values.

Web Reports Enhancement

Web reports will now feature auto wrap-text for text type data and automatic row height adjustment , improving readability and appearance.

Snippets Access in Office 365 Connector

Snippets and sheet data is now directly accessible through the JustPerform Office 365 Connector.

Updates on JustPerform Sheet Capabilities

New Functions: Copy and Snapshot

• Copy Function: This function copies data into an existing version and returns all calculation results by combining the existing data with the new data for the respective version.

• Snapshot Function: A snapshot captures the state of data at a particular point in time. Data in a snapshot cannot be changed and will not be recalculated following any formula or parameter changes.

Metric Parameters and Calculation Optimization

• Revise Metric Parameters: Users can set, filter, add, and assign metric parameters.

• Optimize Metric Calculation: Improved performance of metric calculations by utilizing a columnar database for the metric calculation engine.

Version Restrictions for Sheet Data

New properties "Applicable From" and "Applicable To" in the scenario type field to help restrict data calculation within sheets.

Metric Summary List

A new Metric Summary List is now available in the App Content and Functional Area catalog page. This summary will include metric details such as data type, formula, notes, references, and more. The summary can also be exported.
