About Spaces

Spaces are segregation of business processes through applications & models.

Workspace consists of one or more spaces with each space comprising of processes addressing different business use cases like Financial Planning, Consolidation, & other FPA Solutions

Purpose of space is to collaborate & deploy business processes with specific groups of people within a particular workspace. Spaces break down your workspace into different high-level initiatives.

Spaces comprise of business processes & models that support these processes, each model contains the business Information that controls the data in the Space. Models can share one or more fields with other models in other spaces within the workspace.

Each space has predefined structure with folders that guide process definition & grouping.

Although, many spaces can be created under one workspace, the changes made to one space will not affect the other spaces.

You can create spaces under Workspace for different business processes & group users for collaboration & defining the specific process

JustPerform being Unified Platform, has the benefit of having different planning & consolidation processes under different Spaces.

Workspace holds the multiple spaces, while each space created for a each business purpose holds all the applications required to deploy the solution on the platform Including Activities, Calculations, Modelling (fields, models modules ) & Stories created for process execution

How to Navigate

Click the below navigation to select the Workspace you need access to from the desired list.

Click on Workspace code as displayed on the Level2 Header

Select the desired workspace

Space - one workspace can comprise of multiple Spaces
