Drive carries all the navigation menu & features that are required for process definition.
After space creation, users navigate to the Drive on Click of icon from Space Explorer.
Users can create the processes, scenarios, and configure calculations. data management & other process definition required operations. Drive menu guides users to configure the process following the process -first approach. Process section helps in creating different scenarios, define the activities with detailed tasks required for process execution & assigned to user groups based on the instance.
Business user using Drive Menu, can create components such as: process, stories, calculation and data Flow to define Business process related configuration to serve business objective.
Business process is a set of activities and actions required to be performed to achieve a particular business outcome. To make it easier and more convenient for users to visualize and define a business process, system provides three functionalities under Process section, namely: Scenario Management, Process Flow and Instance Creation. These functions are placed in Level 2 Header and the details are mentioned in Page Details section.
Scenario Management - Scenarios cover different aspects and attributes of any process such as: scenarios in actual business activities, required dimensions, calculation logics and other business rules. This function allows users to define scenario groups and detailed scenarios to cover business requirements.
Process flow - Process flow is a flow with sequence of activities and tasks to be executed by users. This function allows users to view the entire business process and understand which actions to be engaged.
Instance Creation - Instance can be considered as a variant of process flow with predefined characteristics and dimensions, for example: business process flow to be released for fiscal year of 2021 or 2022. Based on forecasting or budgeting cycle for each process flow, multiple instances can be created for users to perform.

Stories section is considered as a library where all the templates (including input schedules and reports) are maintained. These templates are to be tagged/assigned to specific steps in process flow which require user's engagement.
