Enable Multi Language

To enable multi-language functionality for your workspace, follow these steps (only Workspace Admins or Workspace Owners can perform this action):

Step 1 : To Access Multi-Language Settings, navigate to Admin Central and go to Settings. Select Multi-Language Settings to open the configuration panel

Step 2 : Check Enable Multi-Language. Choose a Primary Language—this will be the default language for Master Data descriptions. Select additional languages that will be available for the workspace

Step 3 : Click Save to apply the settings

Managing Multi-Language Descriptions

Once multi-language is enabled, a new "Localize" tab will appear in all Field Master Data update screens.

  • The Member Tab will display descriptions in the primary language (e.g., English).

  • The Localize Tab will store descriptions in all additional languages.

Within the Localize tab, you can:

  • Directly enter descriptions for other languages in the interface

  • Export descriptions to an Excel file, update them, and re-import the file (similar to the Member Tab process)

Tracking Updates

A dedicated “%Field Name% Localize History” snippet will automatically track changes made to localized descriptions, providing a clear update history.
