1. Level 2 Header

When Navigated to MONITOR tab of the process, you can preview the dashboard with all the existing Cycles & option to create new cycles

Refresh - Updated the real time progress of each of the Individual Instances on the dashboard

Add Cycle - Create new cycle - Cycle details pane captures the details to do so.

More

Export - to export the cycle, instance & all the progress details exported to excel

Show/ Hide Completed - to display or hide the active or completed cycle in the dashboard

Show Header : Hide the Level2 Header for full screen monitor

2. Cycle Details

To Create & Manage Cycle , we enable & capture the details required below

Field	Purpose	Values
Process Name	Name of the Process, for which cycle is to be created	Read-Only
Cycle Name	Name of the process execution cycle to be created	Text Field
Create Cycle for	Instances are by default created by VERSION & TIME fields	Member selector to choose values from
Status	Status of Cycle	Dropdown (Open / Completed)
Add existing Instances	Select the list of activities to be tagged under the cycle	Member selector to choose
Insert Activities	enables target system dates with reminders	Checkbox
Activity Instances	depending on previous selection, the list of activities are displayed to choose the Instance parameters	Member selector to choose values from

3. Cycle Monitor

Each cycle once created, can be tracked & monitored with detailed real-time progress.

User collaboration, monitoring & Audit Information are transparently made available on the dashboard for Business admin in JustPerform.

Each Instance, when selected display the detailed dashboard with below fields like

Instance ID	user Instances created & deployed based on the instance field members selected	Instance field members
Status	Status of each of the Instance member	Open, Submit, Approve
Due Date	Target date defined for the activity instance	Target date
Updated at	Last updated timestamp for the activity Instance	Time stamp

Performer	List of performers for the activity Instance	users/roles
Reviewer	List of reviewers for the activity instance	users/roles

Finally, Each cycle can be set to Completed, once all the activity Instances are completed & approved, using the Completed button at the header of the Cycle pane.

Note that once cycle is completed, it would be moved to Completed cycles view, which can be viewed using Show/Hide Completed cycle option
