To visualize Module structure, to check & explore data for quick analysis
To avoid the hassle of exporting the data in excel and then applying filters to analyze the data, Review module data functionality has been introduced to helps users to directly explore the data at module level in Web grid & perform analysis functions on the platform itself.
Additionally, further analysis users can be performed by using the export data functionality to export the data in excel/CSV format.
To access review modules tab, follow the below steps
Select the Modeling tab
Open the space, then move toward the Models
Select & expand the specific model
List of existing modules can be viewed, Click on the relevant module
One of the key challenges for exploring & analysing the data within the module has been simplified using this feature. To make this task easier for the user, JustPerform has introduced the review data functionality where they can check the data inside the module using the Web grid form, search & filter it according to their options & export the data as well.
Here are the few functionalities which they can use to make the reviewing task more effective
Filter Data: Users can filter for each field name inside the module and click on the funnel button on the right of that and check or uncheck the members they want to see inside it.
Export Data: To view the data in excel, users can click on the ellipsis button and export. After this, the CSV file will get exported containing all the data in the module.
Row Limit: Users can change the number of rows displayed to them, they can type the number of rows they want to appear.
Refresh the latest data: To view the latest data users need to click on the refresh button. On the right of the refresh button, it also shows, when was the data last refreshed time stamp.
Search for specific Data: Users can click on the search button and search for the data using field values for any of the fields available on the grid
Details of Module: To review or update the definition of the modules like updating the fields under the module or to modify the advanced filters, users can click on the details button
